About the equipment delivered:
This equipment is a fully automatic trash can fragrance shell assembly device independently developed by TOP-LINK. It integrates multiple functions such as automatic feeding via a vibration feeder, ultrasonic welding, automatic 3M adhesive application, visual inspection, and finished product tray loading. It ultimately achieves an automated process where finished products are directly taken away by hand. The overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) is consistently over 80%, demonstrating high reliability.
This collaboration marks the first equipment delivered jointly by both parties. The customer confidently stated, "We can proudly say that there will be more project collaborations in the future."
