The four intelligent packaging lines, custom-built by Wuxi TOP-LINK Engineering Co., Ltd. for a P&G Group project in Europe, have recently reached a critical delivery milestone. As a flagship project for TOP-LINK's collaboration with a leading global enterprise, the four lines are destined for Hungary and Germany. All lines are now in the final stages of shipping and commissioning, marking another breakthrough for Chinese intelligent equipment in Europe's high-end manufacturing sector.
Efficient Execution, Steady Global Expansion
Hungary Lines: The first line was shipped in December 2024 and is currently undergoing on-site commissioning at the customer's facility. The second line has arrived at the customer's plant, with installation scheduled to commence in June 2025.
Germany Lines: The first line was delivered in December 2024, and installation/commissioning is progressing smoothly. The second line is in the final commissioning phase, planned for handover in August 2025.

All four lines are intelligent packaging systems for toothbrush heads, designed to replace plastic with paper, integrating advanced technology with environmental sustainability. Achieves a packaging rate of 300 units/minute with precise loading into carriers. Supports flexible changeover between single, double, and multi-pack configurations. Equipped with an AI vision inspection system. Enables co-production of 14 SKUs with one-touch changeover; changeover time reduced to 5-40 minutes. Features a BaseFrame™ structure adaptable to diverse scenarios. Delivers a fully integrated, "turnkey" smart packaging solution, spanning from cartoners and case packers to palletizers.

Backed by a comprehensive global certification portfolio—including CE (EU), GS (Germany), NRTL (North America), CUTR (Russia), and CCC (China)—and meticulously designed to meet German guild safety requirements and corporate standards, TOP-LINK consistently delivers compliant solutions for multinational clients. In 2024, the company plans to establish a second European service center, aiming to reduce the localized response time to under 4 hours and ensure efficient support throughout the entire lifecycle of customer production lines.
