X TC150 is a top-loading cartoner that integrates automatic product collation, carton forming and erecting, carton closing, and instruction manual insertion functions. It supports barcode/regulatory code scanning and is compatible with 5 different SKUs, allowing for quick and easy changeover. Operating at a speed of 150 cartons per minute, it ensures stable cartoner erecting through suction cup adsorption. The system utilizes a RGV cart with vacuum grippers for transportation and an ABB four-axis robot with vision-guided positioning for precise and gentle product handling. Fully servo-driven, the machine is built for 24/7 operation. It features detection, alarm, and automatic rejection functions, enabling highly efficient and intelligent packaging.
