This integrated system combines base tray loading, base tray forming, and base tray coding. A robotic arm picks and places work-in-progress items onto base trays, which then proceed to the case packing station. Features include automatic positioning, automatic case loading, and automatic wrapping (RSC). The inspection unit performs product scanning, detection, rejection, and weighing for cartons and cases.
